By engaging TranslationFlorida.com for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
I provide translation, subtitling, localization, and related linguistic services to translation agencies and language service providers as a subcontractor.
3. Project Agreements
Specific project terms (deadlines, rates, deliverables) will be confirmed in writing (email acceptable) before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
- Net 45 days from invoice date
- Late payments subject to 12% monthly service charge
- Rush projects may require partial payment in advance
5. Cancellation
Projects cancelled after work has begun will be billed for work completed to date.
6. Confidentiality
All project materials treated as confidential. NDAs available upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
Deliverables are provided for client’s use per project agreement. Translation memories may be retained for consistency in future projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
